Where do you find the latest meteo technologies at one place?

September 27 – 30, 2016 is the time to be in Madrid. Two large meteorological conferences will take place there at once: The Meteorological Technology World Expo in conjunction with WMO’s (World Meteorological Orgaization) CIMO Teco (Technical Conference on Meteorological and Environmental Instruments and Methods of Observation) . What you can expect from us on those two events, you can find out in the following…

Sustainability is the main theme of both the Meteorological Technology World Expo and the CIMO Teco (Technical Conference on Meteorological and Environmental Instruments and Methods of Observation)  held in Madrid from September 27 until 29, 2016. Therefore it’s the optimal platform to present one of our latest environmental sensor developments to a broad public: the WS3000 weather sensor. Besides, you have the change to take a look at a product premiere and other proven high-tech meteo sensors from Lufft.

The WS3000 is the first model of a innovative, highly precise weather sensor line with robust anodized aluminium housing. It measures temperature, humidity and air pressure and can be dissassembled into its single components. Each of them can be calibrated and maintend individually.

The well thought out concept turns the new sensor series into a long-term stable, sustainable  as well as WMO-conform system being qualified for meteo and airport applications. It’s pecision allows it to be used as reference sensor for on-site calibration processes.

Soon, a second sensor of this new series will follow and will include an additional CMP10 radiation sensor from Kipp and Zonen: the WS3100.

Also the communication connection is easier compared to other weather sensors: An integrated WIFI module makes it possible to query it simply via laptop, smartphone or tablet.

But there’s more to discover:

At the conferences, we also present an innovative snow height sensor, the new visibility sensor VS2k, our successfully established ceilometer CHM 15k as well as a choice of our renowned compact weather sensor family versions.

Curious? Then you should order a free visitor pass now and stop by at Booth #6110 at Meteorological Technology World Expo and visit the presentations at CIMO TECO  – we’re looking forward to you!
