In the Field

Equipping the World’s Largest Solar PV Plant

20 of our Solar Resource Monitoring Stations now equip the world’s largest single-site solar photovoltaic plant. To-date, Al Dhafrah Solar Power Project supplies 200,000 homes in UAE with carbon-free electricity. Read about this project on page 22 of the 2024 Veralto Sustainability Report. You can also learn about how our flood monitoring work in Colorado is protecting the lives of local residents in La Veta on page 14.

North Dakota: Advanced RWIS Warns Drivers of Perilous Road Conditions

Discover how the North Dakota Department of Transportation (DOT) worked with OTT HydroMet to implement a complete solution for effective messaging in a notoriously difficult weather corridor. Now drivers, via a navigation app, can get immediate notifications related to dangerous road conditions and inclement weather so they can better handle the road ahead.

Learnings from Intersolar 2024

Intersolar has been huge this year. 18 halls filled with new PV panels, battery systems, inverters, and more, underscore the industry’s dynamics. In this episode of OTT CAST, we discuss the recent edition.
