The calm before the storm: last year\u2019s Intertraffic booth right after mounting<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Intertraffic Amsterdam<\/strong> is the world’s largest exhibition of traffic, parking and highways infrastructure solutions and takes place from April 5 till 8, 2016 at the RAI Amsterdam<\/strong> expo and conference center. We will be on-site at booth number 11.532<\/strong> and show you the latest Lufft traffic solutions.<\/p>\n

Familiar Lufft booth design, new products and exhibits<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Lufft Intertraffic booth will come in familiar blue colors and matches with the booth of the trade show’s last time. When taking a closer look you will discover some exciting news<\/strong>. Already established products such as the IRS31Pro-UMB<\/a> we will present in a new showcase where we can unscrew the electronic parts from the housing. Visitors which were there last year already, should recognize the non-invasive NIRS31-UMB<\/a>, the intelligent compact weather sensor WS600-UMB<\/a> and the ultrasonic wind sensor VENTUS-UMB<\/a> again. Also the WS800<\/a> weather sensor with integrated lightning detector is likely to be known by many. Besides, <\/span>two brand new products<\/strong> will celebrate their premiere there.<\/p>\n

Attractive design, larger ranges and better connectivity <\/strong><\/p>\n

A new Lufft visibility sensor line<\/strong> as successor of the classic\u00a0VS20-UMB<\/a> will be available in two versions in the first instance. The VS2k<\/strong> measures the sight of up to two kilometers and the VS20k<\/strong> of up to 20 kilometers. Besides the UMB protocol, they are equipped with a SDI-12 interface<\/strong> and a so-called ASD (Active Spider Defense)<\/strong> module to repel spiders which have liked to nest in the predecessor version forcing users to maintain the sensoron a regular base. A special coating as well as a vibrating motor will reduce unwanted inhabitants. However the sensor can be used offshore<\/strong>. For this and other applications which need to be controlled remotely, also the integrated lens contamination detection<\/strong> function is quite helpful.<\/p>\n

New sensor component<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another highlight will be MARWIS 2.0<\/strong>. The mobile road sensor<\/a> detecting multiple road weather parameters will become even more multifunctional from the new version on. After getting feedback from the first-time users, we recognized that one further measurement value was missing: the ambient air temperature<\/strong>. Therefore we added a new TFF (temperature humidity probe) taking over the much demanded function. In order to see for yourself, we we invite you to join a MARWIS<\/a> spin through Amsterdam – a car will be parked in front of the exhibition center in order to take you on board.<\/p>\n

Moreover you will find a live demonstration of latest ViewMondo<\/a> version \u2013 the management software for your mobile and stationary road weather sensors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
