Bridges don&#8217;t allow the installation of <\/span><span class=\"hps\">invasive<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">road sensors<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">due to the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">necessary<\/span> ground <span class=\"hps\">depth. <\/span><span class=\"hps\">Especially<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">on bridges<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">critical road weather states<\/span> such as strong winds, fog and ice occur more often <span class=\"hps\">than<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">on<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">paved roads<\/span>.
