class=\"hps\">of less than<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">0.003<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">within 500 meters<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">layer<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">thickness<\/span>. It also <span class=\"hps\">creates<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">particle<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">backscatter<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">profiles<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">an index on<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sky<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">conditions<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and assesses<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the vertical<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">visibility<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"hps\">The<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">innovative mobile<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">road weather<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sensor<\/span> <span class=\"hps\"><a title=\"MARWIS Micropage\" href=\"http:\/\/lufft-marwis.com\/en_US\/features\" target=\"_blank\">MARWIS<\/a> scans<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"hps\">runway<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"hps\">surfaces contactless\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"hps\">up to 100 times<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">per second<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> It detects <span class=\"hps\">various<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">road condition<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">parameters such as<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">the water film height of upt to <\/span><span class=\"hps\">to six millimeters<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">the road<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">temperature<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> ice percentages <span class=\"hps\">and calculates the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">friction<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Due to its<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mobility<\/span>, it covers <span class=\"hps\">measuring points<\/span> also where no <span class=\"hps\">fixed<\/span> r<span class=\"hps\">unway sensors are available<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"hps\">For<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">stationary measurements, in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">turn,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">road sensors<\/span> <span class=\"hps\"><a title=\"IRS31Pro-UMB\" href=\"http:\/\/lufft.com\/en\/products\/road-sensors\/intelligent-passive-road-sensor-irs31pro-umb-8910u050\/\" target=\"_blank\">IRS31Pro<\/a><\/span>&#8211; and <span class=\"hps\"><a title=\"ARS31Pro-UMB\" href=\"http:\/\/lufft.com\/en\/products\/road-sensors\/active-road-sensor-ars31-umb-8610u050\/\" target=\"_blank\">ARS31Pro<\/a>&#8211;<\/span>UMB <span class=\"hps\">can be used.
