On a Personal Note

After the acquisition of Lufft by a new owner in December 2015, our former Managing Director Klaus Hirzel announced the first major change for Lufft last year: The change of management. On 1st of August Klaus Hirzel handed over the reins to Dr. Martin Nicklas. Since then Klaus Hirzel has been on tour for Lufft worldwide as a sales consultant. In our blog post he emphasizes that Human Capital, Intellectual Capital and User First are most important for a successful company.
