In that time, a large monitoring network of ice warning systems called “Chan Lufft” has come into existence. The business model includes not just the turnkey installation of systems, but also a maintenance plan for each individual system. “IT Developers”, the Group’s partner software company, develops cloud-based software solutions for Prague’s road authority.
ChanGroup – Team
All measurement data are sent to the company’s server in Sokolov, where a plausibility check is performed by in-house software. The data are routed in real time via an XML interface to the central server in Prague, where they are then integrated into the national network. The Czech weather service, CHMU, uses the data for its meteorological applications.
A self-developed cloud-based program allows ChanGroup s.r.o. to monitor the entire monitoring network in an integrated process. As soon as one of the dispatchers (about 2000 winter road maintenance managers in the Czech Republic use the information) enters an error message in the system, diagnostic testing begins at ChanGroup s.r.o. After entering the diagnostic results, the Chan service becomes active and immediately begins resolving the malfunction. If replacement part costs arise for public customers, then the release of funds by the customer also takes place in this system. Overall, an up-to-date and clear picture is produced of the condition of each system, with respect to reliability and maintenance costs.

ChanGroup s.r.o is much more than just a Lufft agent in the Czech Republic. ChanGroup s.r.o develops its own components (software) and ensures perfect functioning over a long period of use.
