Christoph F\u00fchner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Unser diesj\u00e4hriger Azubiausflug am 13. September war f\u00fcr zehn Auszubildende und die beiden Ausbilder ein gelungener Tag. Wir konnten uns besser kennenlernen und sind so zu einem neuen, starken Team zusammengewachsen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DSC_0040-e1506593788657.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-538 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DSC_0040-e1506593788657-1024x697.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"453\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zum Auftakt gab es ein gemeinsames Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im OTT-Museum, einem Ausstellungs- und Schulungsraum der Firma. Unsere beiden JAVen hatten ein Kennenlernspiel organisiert um alle locker und offen miteinander ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu bringen. Dabei interviewten sich jeweils zwei von uns gegenseitig und stellten den Interview-Partner anschlie\u00dfend den anderen vor.<\/p>\n<p>Am Sp\u00e4tvormittag ging es dann nach Wildpoldsried zur Firma Sonnen, die auf Solarstromspeicher und Energiedienstleistungen spezialisiert ist. Wie es der Zufall wollte, wurde die sehr informative Firmenpr\u00e4sentation mit anschlie\u00dfender Produktvorstellung von einem Sonnen-Mitarbeiter durchgef\u00fchrt, der vor mehreren Jahren ebenfalls Azubi bei OTT war. Bei einem Firmenrundgang durften wir die Produktionsschritte kennenlernen die erforderlich sind, bis der Endkunde seinen gew\u00fcnschten Solarstromspeicher erh\u00e4lt. Man erkl\u00e4rte uns, dass immer mehr Hausbesitzer Solarspeicher nutzen, damit ihnen der auf dem eigenen Hausdach produzierte\u00a0 Strom auch dann zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, wenn die Sonne gerade nicht scheint. Zum Abschluss gab es eine Fragerunde und der ehemalige OTT-Azubi gab sein Bestes, unsere vielen interessierten Fragen zu beantworten.<\/p>\n<p>Um uns f\u00fcr das kr\u00e4ftezehrende Nachmittagsprogramm zu\u00a0 st\u00e4rken, gab es anschlie\u00dfend ein gemeinsames Mittagessen im Gasthof Stift in Kempten.<\/p>\n<p>Danach stand die neue Swoboda-Alpin Kletterhalle in Kempten auf dem Programm. Zuerst durften wir eigenst\u00e4ndig und je nach pers\u00f6nlichem K\u00f6nnen in Absprungh\u00f6he klettern (Bouldern).\u00a0 Aufgew\u00e4rmt ging es dann an die Kletterwand, wo wir gesichert versuchen konnten, auf den Kletterrouten m\u00f6glichst hoch hinaus zu kommen. Einige hatten mit H\u00f6henangst zu k\u00e4mpfen, doch ermutigt durch die Gemeinschaft im Team hat sich jeder mindestens einmal getraut. Darauf sind wir stolz!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DSC_0141.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-541 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DSC_0141-1024x685.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"445\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt war der Ausflug ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir haben viel \u00fcber uns erfahren, viel \u00fcber Kommunikation gelernt und unseren Zusammenhalt gest\u00e4rkt.
