Oktober war f\u00fcr 13 Auszubildende, die Ausbilder und unsere JAV-Vorsitzende ein gelungener Tag, an dem wir uns besser kennenlernen und spannende Erfahrungen im Bereich \u201eTeambuilding\u201c sammeln konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Zum gem\u00fctlichen Einstieg trafen wir uns beim gemeinsamen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im OTT-Museum, einem Ausstellungs- und Schulungsraum der Firma. Bei lustigen Themen begannen wir den Tag locker und kamen teilweise das erste Mal so richtig ins Gespr\u00e4ch.<\/p>\n<p>Hauptziel des Tages war der \u201eEscape Room\u201c in Oberstdorf, in dem R\u00e4tselabenteuer f\u00fcr Gruppen angeboten werden. Dabei wird jedes Team in einem sogenannten \u201eSecret Key\u201c-Raum eingesperrt. Um sich zu befreien, muss das Team gemeinsam dem verborgenen Schl\u00fcssel auf die Spur kommen. Wir waren in zwei R\u00e4ume aufgeteilt, dem Ingenieurb\u00fcro und der Bauernstube. Um den Schl\u00fcssel zu finden, mussten wir jeweils so schnell wie m\u00f6glich mehrere R\u00e4tsel l\u00f6sen. Da war gute Zusammenarbeit gefragt \u2013 und wir hatten viel Spa\u00df dabei! Zum Gl\u00fcck haben es beide Teams geschafft und konnten sich mit sehr guten Ergebnissen rechtzeitig befreien.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/OTT-Escape-Room-OTT-Team-Bananenbrot_2016-10-20.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-409\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/OTT-Escape-Room-OTT-Team-Bananenbrot_2016-10-20-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"OTT Escape-Room-OTT-Team Bananenbrot_2016 10 20\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Escape-Room-OTT-Team-Kokosnuss_2016-10-20.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-408\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Escape-Room-OTT-Team-Kokosnuss_2016-10-20-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Escape-Room-OTT-Team Kokosnuss_2016 10 20\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bei einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen in der L\u2019Osteria in Kempten haben wir uns nach diesem tollen Vormittag gest\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Abschluss des Ausfluges ging es noch zum gemeinsamen Bowlen. In neu gebildeten Teams starteten wird dann auch gleich los. Die lockere Atmosph\u00e4re und wertvolle Tipps der Kollegen trugen dazu bei, dass jeder seine Bestleistung erzielen konnte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/OTT-Azubis-Bowling.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-410\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/OTT-Azubis-Bowling.jpg\" alt=\"OTT-Azubis-Bowling\" width=\"3872\" height=\"2592\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt war der Ausflug ein tolles Teamevent und wir konnten viele gute Erfahrungen im Bereich Teamarbeit und Zusammenhalt sammeln.
