Am 28. April kamen Sch\u00fclerinnen der M\u00e4dchen-Realschule Maria-Ward in Kempten zu uns ins Haus, um die Welt der Elektronik kennenzulernen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir begannen den Ausflug in die Elektronik \u00a0im Jahre 1873, dem Gr\u00fcndungsjahr des \u201eMathematisch-Mechanischen Instituts A. OTT\u201c. Im sogenannten \u201eMuseum\u201c konnten unsere Praktikantinnen einen der ersten OTT Fl\u00fcgel bewundern. Anhand von Beispielen zeigten wir ihnen die stetige Weiterentwicklung \u00fcber die Jahrzehnte und demonstrierten, welche Produkte und Innovationen wir unseren Kunden heute bieten.<br \/>\n<!--more Weiterlesen--><br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend luden wir sie zu einer F\u00fchrung durch die Firma ein. Endpunkt war die Lehrwerkstatt, und hier ging es zur Sache. Zun\u00e4chst tauchten wir in die Grundlagen der Elektronik ein: Das Ohmsche Gesetz (U=R mal I), die Bestandeile eines einfachen Stromkreises und verschiedene Bauteile, von Widerst\u00e4nden bis zu Dioden. Die M\u00e4dchen fanden das durchaus interessant. Der praktische Teil begeisterte sie jedoch noch mehr. Mit hoher Motivation bauten und l\u00f6teten Sie ein Drahtflugzeug zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine wichtige Aufgabe ist f\u00fcr Elektroniker\/innen das richtige L\u00f6ten sowie das Verstehen und Erkennen einer guten L\u00f6tstelle. Auch diese Kunst erlernten die Sch\u00fclerinnen in k\u00fcrzester Zeit. Anschlie\u00dfend begannen sie eine OTT Ampelschaltung, die wir eigens daf\u00fcr entworfen hatten, selbst\u00e4ndig aufzubauen und zu verl\u00f6ten. Die Spannung war gro\u00df, als wir die Ampelschaltung das erste Mal in Betrieb nahmen: Leuchten alle LEDs richtig \u2013 rot, gelb, gr\u00fcn? Wechselt die Ampel von Rot auf Gr\u00fcn, muss diese zun\u00e4chst rot und gelb gleichzeitig leuchten, anschlie\u00dfend gr\u00fcn. Wechselt die Ampel von Gr\u00fcn auf Rot, so muss diese erst gr\u00fcn, dann gelb und schlie\u00dflich rot leuchten. Gut gemacht! Die Ampel leuchtete im richtigen Licht und die Sch\u00fclerinnen schlossen ihr Experiment erfolgreich ab.<\/p>\n<p>Der Girls\u2018 Day ging bald darauf zu Ende. Es war ein gelungener Tag, sowohl f\u00fcr die M\u00e4dchen der Maria-Ward-Schule als auch f\u00fcr uns.
