Allg\u00e4uer Lehrstellenb\u00f6rse in Kempten \u00fcber verschiedene Ausbildungsberufe informiert.<\/p>\n<p>Auch dieses Jahr war OTT mit den Ausbildern, sowie sieben Auszubildenden aus den kaufm\u00e4nnischen und technischen Bereichen (Industriekaufleute und Elektroniker f\u00fcr Ger\u00e4te und Systeme) vor Ort. Diese informierten die jugendlichen Interessenten, sowie deren Eltern oder Freunde \u00fcber unseren Betrieb und \u00fcber die Ausbildung bei OTT. Viele zeigten dabei gro\u00dfes Interesse an einer Praktikumsstelle oder einem Ausbildungsplatz.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_4216.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4216\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hilfreiche Tipps gab es durch unseren Bewerbungscheck, in welchem erkl\u00e4rt wurde, auf welche Dinge bei einer Bewerbung bei uns wertgelegt wird. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden dort auch die Fehler erw\u00e4hnt, die man bei einer Bewerbung vermeiden sollte. Der Check wurde gerne angenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Damit die Besucher ein genaueres Bild von unserem Betrieb erhalten konnten, lief im Hintergrund der Azubi- und OTT-Film.Au\u00dferdem wurden einige unserer Produkte dort ausgestellt und von den Elektronikern erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Lehrstellenb\u00f6rse konnte viele Besucher Einblick in unser Unternehmen bekommen und so Informationen \u00fcber die Berufe sammeln.
