Starke Winde, eisige Temperaturen oder starke Niederschl\u00e4ge, verbunden mit einem steigenden Luftverkehr k\u00f6nnen schwerwiegende Folgen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die TALPA (Takeoff and Landing Performance Assessment) Initiative tritt 2020 mit dem Ziel in Kraft, das Risiko von Start- und Landebahn\u00fcberl\u00e4ufen zu verringern, indem sie eine genaue Methodik zur Bestimmung der nichttrockenen Start- und Landebahnbedingungen f\u00fcr Flughafenbetreiber bereitstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2005 hat sich die Anzahl der Verkehrsflugzeuge, die aufgrund gef\u00e4hrlicher Bedingungen, wie z.B. Niederschl\u00e4ge, Start- und Landebahn\u00fcberfl\u00fcgen, deutlich erh\u00f6ht.
