Seit Anfang April \u00fcberwacht eine moderne Lufft Wetterstation eine gro\u00dfe Rennstrecke in Spanien. Die Daten sollen bald auf dem Gel\u00e4nde sowie auf der offiziellen Website des Veranstaltungsorts zu sehen sein.<\/p>

<\/p>

Beim Circuit Ricardo Tormo (gesamter Name: Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo) handelt es sich um eine 4 km lange Motorsport-Rennstrecke in der N\u00e4he von Valencia, Spanien. Namensgeber ist der ehemalige spanische Motorradrennfahrer Ricardo Tormo, der in dieser Region beheimatet war.<\/p>

Die Rennstrecke exisitiert seit 1999 und wurde w\u00e4hrend der Motorrad-WM beim Gro\u00dfen Preis von Valencia eingeweiht. Seitdem ist sie Schauplatz internationaler Renn-Weltmeisterschaften, wie der Superbike-WM, der FIA-GT-Meisterschaft sowie der Tourenwagen-Weltmeisterschaft. 2010 fand hier auch eine DTM, ein Rennen f\u00fcr Wettbewerbsfahrzeuge, die von einem Serienfahrzeug abgeleitet sind, statt. Desweiteren dient der „Circuit“ h\u00e4ufig als Teststrecke f\u00fcr Formel-1-Teams, wof\u00fcr sie sich aufgrund des milden Klimas besonders gut eignet.<\/p>

Seit Anfang April ist der Circuit Ricardo Tormo mit einer hoch-modernen Wetterstation<\/a> des spanischen Lufft Partners SICO<\/a> ausgestattet. Sobald die Testphase der WS vorbei ist, werden die Echtzeit-Wetterdaten der Messstation auf dem Gel\u00e4nde sowie auf der offiziellen Website<\/a> zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>

Die Station setzt sich aus einem Lufft WS600<\/a> Kompaktwettersensor sowie einem WT1 Stra\u00dfenoberfl\u00e4chensensor<\/a> zusammen und erfasst Oberfl\u00e4chentemperatur, Lufttemperatur, relative Luftfeuchte, Niederschlagsintensit\u00e4t, Niederschlagsart, Niederschlagsmenge, Luftdruck, Windrichtung und Windgeschwindigkeit.<\/p>

Ein RAPITLog<\/a>-Datenlogger sammelt die Daten und passt sie an die von der technischen Leitung Rennstrecke geforderten Web- und TV-Plattformen an.<\/p>

Die Wetterstation erm\u00f6glicht die automatische Erfassung aller relevanter Wetterinformationen, die sowohl f\u00fcr die Renn-Teams als auch die Fans und die \u00d6ffentlichkeit von Interesse sind.<\/p>
