Mit einer Unternehmenszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 30 Jahren, z\u00e4hlt Johannes Hoffmann zu den \u201ealten Hasen\u201c bei Lufft. Er kann auf eine lange Geschichte mit spannenden Eins\u00e4tzen zur\u00fcck blicken. Welche Herausforderungen er dabei schon meisterte, berichtet er uns hier im Blog\u2026<\/p>\n

Lufft Intern – Johannes Hoffmann, Vertrieb<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Zum Jahresstart 1985 fing f\u00fcr mich das Lufft-Leben an. Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter sollte ich in Zukunft Industriemessger\u00e4te <\/a>an OEM-Kunden verkaufen. Gefunden habe ich die Stelle durch eine Zeitungsannonce, in der Lufft nach einem Verk\u00e4ufer von Messger\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Optiker und Laborh\u00e4ndler suchte.<\/p>\n

Das liegt nun schon 30 Jahre zur\u00fcck und im n\u00e4chsten Jahr gehe ich in Rente. Dabei erinnere ich mich noch an die Anf\u00e4nge, als ob es gestern gewesen w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n

Was mich \u00fcber die Zeit im Unternehmen hielt, waren die innovativen Produkte<\/a>, zufriedene Kunden, tolle Kollegen sowie interessante und abwechslungsreiche Projekte. Viele Projekte gab es bei Pharmaunternehmen<\/a>, wie z.B. RP Scherer, Merck, Takeda, Ursapharm, Schwabe, Madaus, Biotest und Procter&Gamble.<\/p>\n

Im Lauf der Jahre lernte ich Kunden aus aller Welt kennen. Unvergesslich sind mir die Installation einer Reinraum-Produktionsanlage in ShenZhen China sowie die Installationen von Freibewitterungs-Testanlagen in S\u00fcdafrika (Kalahari und Richards Bay).<\/p>\n

Auch heute habe ich noch Freude am Verkauf sowie an der Erarbeitung passender Kundenl\u00f6sungen <\/a>f\u00fcr die Know-how und Kreativit\u00e4t ben\u00f6tigt werden. Jedes System ist komplex und anders.<\/p>\n\n

Aufgrund meines baldigen Renteneintritts bin ich gerade damit besch\u00e4ftigt meine Nachfolgerin bestens auf ihren zuk\u00fcnftigen Verantwortungsbereich vorzubereiten. Im Juli 2016 \u00fcbergebe ich ihr meinen Arbeitsplatz und die Monitoring-Systeme. Ich hoffe und bin mir sicher, dass auch sie ein gutes Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis zu unseren Kunden aufbauen wird.<\/p>\n

Privat genie\u00dfe ich nach M\u00f6glichkeit das Wochenende in \u201eUSA\u201c (unser sch\u00f6nes Allg\u00e4u) mit Radfahren, Wandern und nat\u00fcrlich am See. Viel Spa\u00df habe ich auch mit meinen Enkelkindern.<\/p>\n

Abschlie\u00dfend l\u00e4sst sich noch sagen, dass eingefleischten Verk\u00e4ufern wie mir besonders der pers\u00f6nliche Kundenkontakt Freude bereitet. Bringt man ein ernsthaftes Interesse und gesunde Neugierde mit, steht guten Ideen zur Erf\u00fcllung von Kundenanforderungen nichts im Weg.<\/p>\n
