K\u00fcrzlich gab es einige Verbesserungen, die die Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) nun offiziell zertifiziert hat&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5947\" src=\"https:\/\/blogottprod.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Stroemung.jpg\" alt=\"Stroemung\" width=\"689\" height=\"341\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Erfreuliche Neuigkeiten erreichten uns vor ein paar Wochen aus dem Lufft-eigenen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dakks.de\/en\">DAkkS<\/a>-Labor (ehemaliges <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dkd.eu\/index.html\">DKD<\/a> Labor): Die beiden \u201eMeister der Kalibrierung\u201c im Team von Labor-Chef Helmut Hager sind nun offiziell zu stellvertretenden Laborleitern ernannt worden. Dies erm\u00f6glicht die Benennung und Bescheinigung durch die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dakks.de\/en\">DAkkS<\/a> (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle). Hierzu m\u00fcssen die Laboranten mehrere Jahre Erfahrung gesammelt haben und als Techniker ausgebildet sein. Das <a href=\"http:\/\/lufft.com\/de\/produkte\/kalibrier-service\/\">Lufft-Kalibrierlabor<\/a> sowie das Team existieren bereits seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren und sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Dabei entstanden Erfahrungswerte und Knowhow, dass unser keiner mehr so einfach nachmachen kann. Eine Ernennung zu Labor-Stellvertretern haben sich Frank Bidmann und Sven Birnbaum demnach mehr als verdient.<\/p>\n<p>Das deutsche Kalibriergremium belohnte und bescheinigte aber nicht nur das Personal, auch hinsichtlich der Kalibriereinrichtung hat sich etwas getan: Der Klimaschrank und der Feuchtegenerator &#8211; beides entscheidende Einrichtungen zur pr\u00e4zisen Feuchtedarstellung &#8211; wurden getrennt. Das f\u00fchrte zu Verbesserungen der Feuchtegenerator-Leistung. Dieser misst nun schon ab -10 \u00b0C statt wie bisher ab +5 \u00b0C (bei 10 bis 95% relativer Luftfeuchte mit einer Messunsicherheit von 0,1% plus 0,0065 multipliziert mit dem jeweiligen Messwert). Beim Klimaschrank bleibt \u00fcbrigens alles beim Alten: im Kalibrierbereich Feuchte erreicht er Werte zwischen 5 und 98% im 5 bis 95\u00b0C warmen Umfeld. Die Messunsicherheit liegt hier bei 0,2% plus des 0,008-fachen des Messwertes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Auch bez\u00fcglich der Taupunkttemperatur gab es Verbesserungen: hier erweiterte sich der Bereich von -20\u00b0C auf -36 bis +95\u00b0C und die Messunsicherheit wurde im innerhalb einer Umgebungstemperatur von -10 bis +70\u00b0C von 80 auf 65 mK reduziert. Au\u00dferhalb dieses Bereichs liegt dieser Wert bei 80 mK Messunsicherheit. Des Weiteren d\u00fcrfen wir neben Taupunktspiegeln und Feuchtegeneratoren nun auch Taupunktgeneratoren kalibrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Personalaufstockung, Erweiterung der Kalibrierbereiche, die gleichzeitige Reduzierung von Messunsicherheiten und die Feuchte-Kalibrierung ab -10\u00b0C k\u00f6nnen sich wirklich sehen lassen und bringen allen, die sich auf genauste Mess- und Regelinstrumente verlassen m\u00fcssen, weitere Vorteile. Dies verdanken wir dem <a href=\"http:\/\/lufft.com\/de\/produkte\/kalibrier-service\/\">Lufft-Kalibrier-Team<\/a>, das das Labor stets auf dem neuesten technischen Stand h\u00e4lt.
