Im ersten Beitrag der neuen Blogreihe: „Lufft intern – Mitarbeiter stellen sich vor“, berichtet Quirin B\u00fcrkel \u00fcber seinen berufsintegrierten Master bei Lufft.<\/p>\n

Nachdem ich mein Bachelorstudium an der TU M\u00fcnchen beendet habe, sah ich mich mit der gro\u00dfen Frage konfrontiert wie es mit meiner Bildung weitergehen soll, was meine Schw\u00e4chen sind und was ich erreichen m\u00f6chte. Durch den hohen theoretischen wissenschaftlichen Anspruch an Universit\u00e4ten, war ich mir nicht sicher ob mich das als Hauptinhalt meinen gew\u00fcnschten Zielen n\u00e4her bringt. Ich erhielt die Chance, einen berufsintegrierten, projektbezogenen Master bei G.Lufft<\/a> in Kooperation mit der Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE)<\/a> zu machen.\u00a0 Der entscheidende Unterschied \u2013 verglichen mit normalen Universit\u00e4ten – liegt bei diesem Masterprogramm darin, dass die Studierenden in Vollzeit arbeiten und das kooperierende Unternehmen diesen an Seminartagen der Hochschule freistellt. Eine weitere Besonderheit stellt der Fokus auf das Individuum einhergehend mit der Kompetenzevaluierung und \u2013entwicklung der einzelnen Studenten dar. Der Fokus liegt gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils auf meinen eigenen Potentialen und St\u00e4rken. Es ist eine Notwendigkeit, Gelerntes in die Praxis umgesetzt, dass reine Aneignen von Wissen macht aus Studenten keine Experten der Praxis.<\/p>\n

Ich bin der sechste SIBE<\/a>-Student bei Lufft<\/a>, wovon jeder ein eigenes Projekt hat bzw. hatte. Vier von f\u00fcnf Studenten sind nach Abschluss Ihres Studiums immer noch im Unternehmen. Meine Vorg\u00e4nger etablierten und optimierten Projekte und Abl\u00e4ufe im Onlinemarketing, dem Einkauf und dem Controlling. Ich arbeite im Business Development EMEA (Europa, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika). Bei meinem Projekt geht es darum das Lufft-Netzwerk in diesen Gebieten auszubauen. Durch das Projekt habe ich die Chance t\u00e4glich an meinen Kompetenzen zu arbeiten, mich mit verschiedenen Kulturen vertraut zu machen und mir nebenbei die fachlichen Grundlagen an der SIBE anzueignen. Mein Business Mentor, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Klaus Hirzel, und ich vereinbarten eine individuelle Entwicklungsvereinbarung, in welcher wir die zu erreichenden Ziele sowie den Weg dorthin definierten.<\/p>\n

Ich sch\u00e4tze die kurzen Kommunikationswege, die Internationalit\u00e4t sowie den Vertrauensvorschuss hier bei Lufft sehr.<\/p>\n

Drei Monate sind mittlerweile vergangen und es stehen noch 21 weitere aus. Ich freue mich und bin sehr gespannt was die Zeit mit sich bringt.<\/p>\n
