Doch bei der Herstellung von neuen Arzneimitteln kommt es nicht nur auf sichtbare Sterilit\u00e4t an, sondern auch darauf, dass die unsichtbaren Faktoren stimmen. F\u00fcr optimale Bedingungen m\u00fcssen Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Raumdruck sowie Partikelkonzentration konstant gehalten und \u00fcberwacht werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitoring ist <\/strong><strong>wesentlich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Man bedenke, dass die Menge an Wirkstoffen in Medikamenten oft nur wenige Milligramm betragen. Damit wird deutlich, wie wichtig es ist, Medikamente von jeglichen Verunreinigungen frei zu halten. Es braucht nicht viel Fantasie, um zu erkennen, dass hier schon kleinste Abweichungen von der Norm verheerende Folgen haben k\u00f6nnen. Gefahren lauern dabei nicht nur in Verschmutzungen, sondern auch in zu viel Feuchtigkeit und Temperaturschwankungen.
